Completely. We use sterile single-use kits for every donor, and all collection is handled by trained staff following strict infection-control and hygiene protocols.

Whole blood can be safely donated once every 3 months (90 days) — that's up to 3–4 times a year for a healthy adult.
Most donors feel fine. We collect only 350–450 ml, and your body replenishes it within days. Rest, have our refreshments, and drink fluids — you'll be back to your routine quickly.
